Sunwave Health / Lightning Step — Director of Support & Operations · 2024–Present Lead a 21-person support organization across the U.S. and Ecuador supporting two products in a post-merger environment. Rebuilt the model from a flat ticket pool to pods to leveled plus premier support. First response time improved roughly 30 percent and backlog dropped roughly 40 percent while sustaining 90 percent-plus frontline resolution. Co-developed the Product Management Lifecycle with the CTO and Head of Product, and lead an AI-first support strategy.

Insider777 (Resorts Club) — Founder & CEO · 2018–2023 Scaled to more than $3M in annual bookings while owning P&L, hiring, service operations, and customer experience end to end.
The Insiders Las Vegas — Co-Founder & Managing Director · 2009–2018 Built a concierge and live events business past $1M in annual revenue, running time-sensitive service teams and full operations. Work included large-scale event production such as the Mayweather Experience, premium fan and athlete experiences, and branded video content for national brands.
